March 24 - Dirt

No one can say that I don't allow my girls to get dirty.

I just read an article about how kids have poor immune systems

because we don't allow them to come into contact with

viruses and dirt. I'm not that daring with the viruses (I

use a grocery cart cover and we wash hands the minute we

arrive home from anywhere), but I don't have a problem

with letting them play in the dirt. Maybe because I loved

doing it when I was a kid.
